I'm giving 4 stars, I'm not sure how the arrangement turned out because I was in a different state. My problem is that we ordered a sympathy plant designers choice only because that's the only choice I saw online. When I called the next day to make sure the order was received and got to the funeral ontime I was assured it did. When I asked which plant they went with she indicated it was designer's choice and went with flowers. I was disappointed because my order and the website clearly says designers choice plant. Because I didn't see the arrangement I can't give a total accurate rating.

I loved Anna, the owner and she got my flowers to the funeral on time, however I ordered a large arrangement and I never got to see it as requested. She said she would sent a photo but did not. I wanted to be sure I would be happy with it.

The arrangement I received from my family is beautiful. The flowers are still looking good. The box around the pot they are in is very pretty. Great work! As a Speedway resident, I am glad my daughter picked Tolen's.
